How Certick Works
The Certick platform is an automated due diligence assistant that assists drivers in performing proper pre-trip inspections to ensure the safety of every trip.
The initial corporate account setup entails the creation of driver accounts, the addition of vehicles into the system, and the synchronization with your logistics or transportation management system.

Pre-start Check
The driver accesses the pre-trip safety
inspection plan and navigation instructions
in the Certick application
Truck
Equipped with NFC tags in key inspection areas that must be checked by the driver during a pre-trip safety inspection.
Driver
The driver puts the Certick bracelet on their wrist, their flashlight, or a piece of clothing, and the driver inspects their vehicle before departure.
NFC
The number and location of key inspection areas are determined in advance and NFC tags are installed there to be used as proof that the driver physically inspected them
Bracelet
The bracelet features offline operation and smart synchronization. At the end of every inspection, the bracelet syncs with the smartphone application and uploads the information it collected from NFC tags to the Certick Web Platform

Certick Bracelet
Our proprietary NFC-scanning bracelet makes hands-free smart inspections possible. The Certick bracelet connects to the driver’s phone and automatically logs inspection progress. This allows drivers to focus on each step of the pre-trip safety inspection without unnecessary interactions with their smartphones and allows drivers to have both hands available to perform each step properly.
The bracelet guides the driver through each step of the inspection by showing where to go and what to inspect. This ensures that no step is missed. Each tag is scanned by the bracelet automatically when within 5 cm of the bracelet. The bracelet determines the best time to sync with the mobile application when it has an optimal connection to the smartphone via Bluetooth.
